I visited a local store to buy two bikes. At the checkout, I was informed that they had halted bike installations as per management's directive. They couldn't guarantee when the installation would occur if I left the bikes with them, possibly not until after the holidays. I left feeling very frustrated and decided not to return. The next day, I ordered online for click and collect, and the website said my order would be ready in two hours, even though I was 289 km away. However, during my drive, I received an email stating my order was canceled. A very disappointing experience.
