Poor Customer Service Encounter

I had a very disappointing experience with customer service, particularly due to the negative attitude at a local store last night. I purchased a laptop sleeve, but the packaging was slightly damaged. When I tried to return it because it was the wrong size, the staff said it wasn't in 'resealable' condition, so they couldn't accept it. It's frustrating that they sell items with ripped packaging but won't accept returns. A very unsatisfactory experience!
