I went to a store to buy two bikes. At the counter, I was told they had stopped bike installations as per management's directive. They couldn't provide a timeline for installation if I left the bikes, possibly not until after the holidays. I was very frustrated and decided not to return. The next day, I ordered online for click and collect, and the website said my order would be ready in two hours, even though I was 289 km away. However, while taking a break during the drive, I received an email stating my order was canceled. A very disappointing experience.
