Came here to leave a review as I was really impressed with the how Katie Bracegirdle handled the recent sale of my Liverpool Rental House. I can see I'm not the only one judging by the other reviews and I'm not at all surprised . Not living that close to Liverpool I was nervous of using a firm I could not easily pop in to visit having had some bad experiences with online firms before. Turns out I needn't have been concerned , it was a totally smooth and stress free experience thanks to a good online customer portal and great customer service from Katie who was always completely on the ball with what was going on with my sale and excellent at chasing up the other side when needed and keeping me promptly and fully informed throughout - overall 10 out of 10 thank you Katie you're a star !
