I have been with Knew Health for a few years now and we have only needed to receive reimbursements for preventative care until this year when my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy. The team was immediately responsive, and walked me through the steps I needed to take on my end. We satisfied our IUA (initial unsharable amount) and Knew Health paid the remainder of our bill within 1 month of my daughter’s surgery. I have never come across such amazing customer service. I have dealt with insurance companies and a different health share in the past and Knew Health is hands down the BEST!!!
