I have been with Knew Health for a few years now and we have only needed to receive reimbursements for preventative care until this year when my daughter had to have an emergency appendectomy. The team was immediately responsive, and walked me through the steps I needed to take on my end. We satisfied our IUA (initial unsharable amount) and Knew Health paid the remainder of our bill within 1 month of my daughter’s surgery. I have never come across such amazing customer service. I have dealt with insurance companies and a different health share in the past and Knew Health is hands down the BEST!!! Thank you Knew Health for your stellar customer service and for truly being a company that cares about your members. I highly recommend Knew Health!

My experience with the service has been fantastic for the past year and a half. It is significantly more affordable than conventional health insurance, and the support team is exceptional. They also informed me about additional perks I was previously unaware of before the year ended, allowing me to receive some unexpected reimbursements. I highly recommend them.
Our experience with Knew Health over the past couple of years has been excellent. We were stressed about not having a traditional insurance plan but Knew Health has done everything they claim they do, they have great customer service, and we feel their plan is a better product than traditional insurance. Working with Knew Health has been fantastic! When I first joined a few years ago, I was nervous, breaking from the insurance establishment and all that.
