I ordered a cloak over four months ago, and while the product is great, the communication has been incredibly frustrating. My order faced multiple delays without updates. After missing promised shipping dates, I emailed twice to inquire and request better communication. Both times, I received only apologies for the delay without acknowledging my concerns. While I understand delays can happen, not informing customers is unprofessional.
