I bought kids cloaks for my niece and nephew for Christmas. They were soft and warm and looked great. However the button holding the cloak closed broke within 10 minutes of giving it to my niece and there was no way to fix it. It couldn't be sewed back in or mended in any way. I contacted Knightweave and they said that because the children's cloaks were discontinued (for quality reasons I'm assuming) they couldn't do anything for me. They suggested that I use the free brooch that came with it (a very cute pin) to secure the cloak. I did not give the brooch to my niece as she is 5 years old and I'm not giving a pin to a 5 year old. Very disappointed in the quality of the button securing the cloak. These are in children's sizes, made for children, you would think the button would last longer than 10 minutes. It made my nice gift look cheap. My husband and I have cloaks from Free the Sheep and I would recommend those over these for sure. Knightweave cloaks are silly little costumes that aren't meant for actual use.

Numerous Messages Sent

I've sent numerous messages since right after Christmas to exchange an item for an upcoming event. I received a form to fill out but never heard back. I checked my spam folder. Nothing there. I resent the form. Still nothing. What a letdown. This was a holiday gift for my son, and it’s too small. With the upcoming festival approaching, it’s unfortunate they don’t manage returns or exchanges within the appropriate timeframe.

Fantastic Cloaks and Support

We ordered two ranger cloaks, one waterproof and one original. They are very thick and cozy. The faux fur lining inside feels amazing. Overall quality is excellent. One button on the waterproof cloak fell off while unwrapping, but the others are secure. I contacted the support team, and they responded quickly, sending a sewing kit with a replacement button and offering an exchange. I will definitely consider purchasing other styles in the future.

Large Order Issues

I ordered a significant amount of goods and paid taxes and duties on the site. The item arrived in the UK, and I was informed of an additional charge. £500 for a cloak that I still don't have.

Confusing Cloak Options

After placing my order, I noticed the Comfort and Adventure styles. The Adventure is supposed to be the heavier, waterproof version, but it was missing. I emailed support right away and was told that all Scout Cloaks share the same style, with the main difference being color. They offered to switch my order to the Ranger Cloak – Waterproof Edition, but there is no Scout - Waterproof option.

Untrustworthy Experience

This feels like a scam. They showcase appealing videos and take orders but fail to ship. They even shut down their social media page due to complaints. I now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company, but it might be too late.
