Ordered item for a Valentine’s Day gift a month in advance. Come Valentine’s Day it still had not arrived. Tracking said it was in the UK waiting to be dispatched. I emailed support and got a short, unhelpful reply saying the office was closed for a holiday and there would be a response within 5 days. When I do get a response it was that the delivery was lost and they would expedite a new item and to wait 5 days. When this didn’t arrive, (nearly 7 weeks on), I requested a refund. This has not been actioned so I have raised a dispute with my bank and am awaiting a refund.Absolute scammers - avoid at all costs.
