I was scammed too, same thing as the othersI sent them money and they gave a tracking # that i followed until it came to my city... apparently lost... they keep autoreplying to my emails that they are resending but nothing, I wish Facebook could try amd block these scams

Purchased via Instagram too, so do take note. This is super disappointing so please be aware not to buy anything from them on any platform.
Ordered item for a Valentine’s Day gift a month in advance. Come Valentine’s Day it still had not arrived. Tracking said it was in the UK waiting to be dispatched. I emailed support and got a short, unhelpful reply saying the office was closed for a holiday and there would be a response within 5 days. When I do get a response it was that the delivery was lost and they would expedite a new item and to wait 5 days. When this didn’t arrive, (nearly 7 weeks on), I requested a refund. This has not been actioned so I have raised a dispute with my bank and am awaiting a refund.Absolute scammers - avoid at all costs.
SCAMOrdered on 2nd of February, still not arrived. Tracking shows it's on Edinburgh but the postcode shows a residental address. Asked for refund and they said they can't refund until it arrives. It will never arrive. The payment was made to an account with randon letters and numbers + Hong Kong for a USA based company. Be careful! There are many companies like this with different names selling the same items.
Item which was purchased via instagram link never arrived, Tracking number provided maintains item originated in Portland USA, but ended up in Letterkenny IE to be sorted. LEtterkenny is not a sorting hub for anything in Ireland, it's very remote.
