If I could give no stars, I would. Since the company was acquired, their service has deteriorated. I placed an order over a week ago, and it still hasn't been processed. I called and was put on hold for over 15 minutes, then hung up and emailed with no response. I wanted to cancel the order, but no one answers the phone. This will be my last order with them; I've had enough of such poor service after years of loyalty.
