I've had a positive experience in the past, and the prices are quite fair. Additionally, I was able to gather plenty of ideas for future knitting projects. I'm planning to place another order for some self-gifts this Christmas. The community is also fantastic. Thank you! If I could give no stars, I would. Since the company was acquired, their service has deteriorated. I placed an order over a week ago, and it still hasn't been processed. I called and was put on hold for over 15 minutes, then hung up and emailed with no response. I wanted to cancel the order, but no one answers the phone. This will be my last order with them; I've had enough of such poor service after years of loyalty.
I placed my order on September 22nd with an expected delivery on September 27th. When I checked the tracking at 4:15pm on the 27th, my order still hadn't arrived. Now it states it won't arrive until October 2nd. I regret not checking the reviews beforehand, as I've seen a lot of negative feedback recently.
