If I could rate this company negatively, I would. Their yarn is beautiful, but ordering directly from them is a hassle. I placed two orders for different yarns; one hasn't arrived while the other has. Despite providing proof, they insist my order was delivered. Their customer service is a nightmare, and responses on social media have ceased. Thankfully, I used a payment service that is now intervening on my behalf. I won't be ordering from them again.
