If I could give this service a negative rating, I would. The yarn is indeed beautiful, but ordering directly from them is a challenge. I placed two orders for different yarns, and it seems to be too much for them to manage. The first order hasn’t arrived, while the second one has, which is clear on my account. Despite providing screenshots and communicating this to them, they insist that my order has been delivered. Explaining that the tracking number they provided corresponds to only one order, while I’m missing the other, has been ineffective. Their customer service is frustrating, and I haven’t received any responses on social media. Thankfully, I used a payment service that quickly understood the issue and is advocating for me. I won’t be purchasing their yarn again.

This company offers some of the highest quality yarns available. Their customer service is excellent, and they are attentive to customer needs. The variety and color range are unmatched in the industry. I've been knitting for over 59 years, and they are truly the best!
This company should discontinue their Pure Cashmere line as it is nothing like true cashmere. The yarn is coarse, dry, and breaks easily. It costs £34 per 50g skein, and after spending thousands on their products, I can no longer support them after this last purchase of 26 skeins of such subpar yarn. I contacted them, but they claimed to find nothing wrong with my batch. I'm speechless.
