I have yet to see a refund. I returned some yarn, a pattern, and a circular needle (which was the wrong size). This was over two weeks ago, and I've received no updates or refund. There’s no way to contact them by phone for a company based in Yorkshire. This is unacceptable from a supposedly reputable company.
