As others have mentioned, customer service is nonexistent. I encountered an issue with a project that didn’t mention additional materials were needed. I tried to cancel the order before dispatch, but my attempts were ignored. Now, I’m returning all items at my own expense! I also ordered a second project promised for Christmas delivery, which is still not dispatched. I've purchased from them before, but never again.
