I had a very frustrating experience with online ordering. There were ridiculous delays, and the customer service was unhelpful and uninterested in resolving issues. I wanted to send a subscription gift to a friend in France, but my account showed no reference to my order three weeks later. When I followed up, I was simply told another would be sent. I've received a refund, but I hope they can improve their processes.
