They don’t respond - customer service is non existent. I bought a pattern by digital download. Payment has been taken from my bank account. No pattern has been sent. And it’s impossible to get them to respond. You email them and they acknowledge your message then do nothing. Knitting patterns by digital download are immediate. In this case I’ve paid but have no access to the pattern. It’s theft.
