I have a catalyst sports bra less than a year old that gets worn maybe once a week, IF that. I put it through the wash today based on the wash cycle recommended by Knix and it came out completely destroyed. Knix usually has great customer service but their response was that the bra is obviously well loved and they recommend replacing the bra every 6 months. Nowhere on the bras page does it say this, I had to dig through blogs to find this information. Not to mention I’m not buying a $100+ sports bra every 6 months that is hardly worn. They offered me 15% off a new bra which was insulting - I asked if they could forward me a link to leave a review on the catalyst bra page and they sent me here.
