I have had 5 open heart surgerys and I have a pacemaker placed on my abdomen. Wearing bras sucks. They hurt so much the underwires press my scars and the bra usually sits kinda on top of my pacemaker. This creates bruises and pain. I have tried surgical bras of all kinds. They are really expensive and in the end they also hurt. I usually do not wear bras but then I am left feeling exposed especially when it's cold. This is the first time I have worn a bra for more than more than an hour. In fact I wore it all afternoon. About 4 hours worth and no pain. I love it. I love that it has no hard pieces of plastic on it anywhere. No wires or hard seams. Seriously love your product. This is the first review I have ever written in my life. Wow
