After using various lights from this brand for over 11 years, I keep coming back for their design, but I think I may be done. The battery life is insufficient. While there is a method to 'reset' the lights, it doesn’t seem effective. Additionally, they often give minimal warning before shutting off. Several units have completely failed—one stopped working after 2.5 years, and multiple straps have broken.

I keep returning for their design, but I'm starting to reconsider. The battery life is quite poor. Although there’s a way to 'reset' the lights, it doesn’t seem to have much effect. The Knog Blinder 1300 easily falls out of its mount—many others have reported similar issues online. The company struggles to acknowledge a potential design flaw and only suggests ensuring the light is clicked in properly, even though this problem persists for many users. Having purchased numerous products over the years, this is quite disappointing. User feedback highlights that the mount can be unreliable, with lights detaching due to bumps or insecure connections.
The lamp I purchased had to be discarded after a year of use, and a replacement was promised but never delivered. It's been almost two and a half months of waiting with no replacement in sight. I feel like the company is not fulfilling their commitment.
I faced issues when I switched to a new smartphone, contacted customer service, and received prompt responses with clear instructions on resetting my device, including a video. I managed to reset and set it up on my new smartphone. The support team was fast and responsive, even offering to send a replacement if it didn't work. I would definitely recommend them to friends.
I bought a security device recently and have been struggling to pair it with my phone. I've consulted all available online instructions and videos, but have had no success. The support center has been unhelpful. I will be returning the product.
I still believe the company can resolve the issues, and I hope to return to give a 5-star review. I have purchased 5 lights so far. However, I am currently unimpressed with their customer service. I am hopeful for a resolution. Best wishes.
