A lovely little independent company Amazing customer service in store - all staff very knowledgeable and gave us a lot of their time to talk through the choices available, and explain the production process. There are so many different variations of their bespoke wooden flooring that are made to order according to your requirements/taste. They were very patient with us as we had many questions. The floor fitter used by them was great and worked very hard to get the floor down, and although he was more expensive than others, he did a fabulous job and we are very pleased with the end result. The wooden floor is absolutely beautiful and we have received many lovely compliments about it from visitors.
