I recently completed the SAFe® 6 (Scaled Agile Framework) training through upGrad KnowledgeHut, and the experience was both insightful and practical. The training provided a solid understanding of SAFe principles, Lean-Agile mindset, and how to apply them at scale within an enterprise environment.

The course content was well structured and aligned with the latest SAFe® 6 framework. Concepts such as Value Streams, Agile Release Trains (ARTs), PI Planning, Lean Portfolio Management, and SAFe Core Values were explained clearly with real-world examples that made the material easier to understand and relate to practical scenarios.

The facilitator demonstrated strong subject-matter expertise and encouraged active participation through discussions, case studies, and interactive exercises. These activities helped reinforce learning and provided clarity on how SAFe can be implemented to improve collaboration, alignment, and delivery across multiple teams.

Great classes and instructor, but failed the exam as promised.

The classes and the instructor were excellent, but I did not pass my exam as advertised. The company did not issue a refund as they proudly claim. It seems they require you to complete their entire course content, which consists of numerous tests, videos, and additional resources, demanding months to finish everything.
