I finally ordered the pearl necklet and earrings for my sister when they dropped to 95% off. I emailed Koala to ask were they real pearls ,honestly, before I opened cheap plastic bag to check for myself.Replies about as honest and useful as Wowcher's.The emails now have disappeared; so after reading these reviews here, I'm now going to open that bag.Thanks for all your sharing. I too wish I'd read them before ordering.
