Earrings not received

I ordered drop earrings, and according to tracking, they were supposed to be in a store locker a month ago. Still no pickup code. The support team claims to be in touch with the delivery service, but there's no progress. They seem to be passing the responsibility. I've requested a refund and will see what happens. I won't buy from them again.

I ordered a bracelet as a gift for my mother on 13 November. Based on the website presentation, I expected it to be high quality and nicely packaged. Do not purchase from this company

Please avoid buying anything from this company. I have not received several items from my order, and contacting them has been impossible. I received one damaged item and two pairs of earrings instead of the necklaces I ordered. It's unacceptable that they do not honor customer choices.
