Despite reaching out to Neil one more than one occasion to raise a complaint he has not bothered to get back to me. The club depends on who runs it. Crooklog was great until summer 2024. Some carers are not apt in providing care for children of different needs. The care providers bring friends in without obviously checking their credentials. Carers get so angry at the children. Would never take my child back. Neil you can’t put on your website that complaints can be emailed to you but you don’t bother acknowledging or responding back.
