I placed my order on December 17th. It's now January 12th and my order has not shipped. They said their 2025 post-holiday shipping timeframe is around 15-20 days (though typically 5-10 days). I checked my order and they said they are "currently facing an unprecedented backlog of orders due to the high demand for KOBEE's, so it might take a bit longer than we predicted..." They also said they would send tracking info once shipped, but it would have been nice if they sent email updates so I didn't have to check TrustPilot to see if they are a scam company. I don't believe they are; their website allows me to cancel the order if I want.
