I ordered a special bundle during a promotional event, which was supposed to include a camera, 60 refills, and a label maker. Instead, I received only the camera and 30 refills, with the rest missing. After three emails over a week, I finally got a response from the support team, who informed me that moving forward, the bundle would only include 30 refills, with no update on their website. There was no offer of compensation or resolution for receiving less than what I paid for. I requested confirmation of shipment for the missing items or a partial refund, but I haven't heard back. I did receive a request to review my experience, so here it is: The camera might be fine, but I can't assess its quality yet since it's intended as a Christmas gift. I was hoping the label maker would also be a gift, which was a key reason for purchasing directly instead of a cheaper option elsewhere, but I doubt I will ever receive it. My experience with the company has been frustrating, and if you prefer receiving what you pay for, consider shopping elsewhere.
