Every cell phone has a camera. Everyone has at least one cell phone. Kodak though the future was $500,000 photo copy with a finisher binder. Ten years later, empty buildings, thousands out of work and missed placed. How can Kodak tell us, Kodak's a good place to work?
My spouse was informed by the support team that a refund was possible, but they have not yet provided the necessary shipping label. It has been weeks without any follow-up. We are now involving our credit card provider to initiate a chargeback. This situation reflects poorly on the company, which seems to prioritize sales over maintaining consumer trust.
I ordered a special bundle during a promotional event, which was supposed to include a camera, 60 refills, and a label maker. Instead, I only received the camera and 30 refills, with the rest of the promised items absent. It required three emails over a week to finally get a response from the support team, where they surprisingly informed me that the bundle would now only include 30 refills, claiming the website hadn't been updated. There was no offer for compensation or any resolution for receiving only a portion of what I paid for. I requested either confirmation for the missing items or a partial refund for the unfulfilled items, but I haven't received any reply since. Ironically, I was later asked to provide feedback on my experience. So here it is: While the camera might be acceptable, I can’t comment on its quality yet since it's meant to be a Christmas gift. I was also hoping the label maker would be part of that gift, which was a key reason I chose to buy directly from the manufacturer instead of a cheaper option elsewhere, but now I doubt I will ever receive it. What I can definitely comment on is my purchasing experience, which has been terrible. Good luck reaching customer service, and even more luck convincing them that they should provide honest and accurate product descriptions. If you enjoy receiving less than what you paid for, then this company might be right for you. Otherwise, I recommend shopping elsewhere for a better experience.

If you expect any meaningful customer support, do not purchase this camera. The products are often unreliable, and there’s no contact information provided. The support is lacking, and any calls to the local office are a waste of time. Once a respected brand, it seems to have lost its quality.
I have been trying to get a faulty camera repaired or replaced. It's only four months old and unusable, but the company has not addressed my issue. I keep getting passed around departments. I'm considering a refund and switching to a different brand, as I mistakenly thought this company was reliable.
