Bought an aircon unit, worked fine for a little while and then the display became faulty so I requested a warranty on the 26/01/2026.
Here it is the 04/04/2026, A week ago I receive a new aircon unit, $25 "for the inconvenience" ($15 before I complained to them about how insulting that feels) and NOW I have to pack the old unit into a box (that I need to buy) and and attach a label (That I need to print off) for a curiour to collect AFTER THE EASTER LONG WEEKEND.
I have done nothing by try to be nice but all I have been getting are emotionally empty emails, what feels to be lies and complete frustration.
This is THE WORST customer service I have ever had and I will never buy from Kogan again.
