Bought an item 4 months later after asking they said they don’t have it and to discuss with the marketplace seller. Kogan took absolutely not responsibility for this. The was only refunded part of the purchase price.

ogan furniture missed half of my delivery for a tv unit. No customer support and my online enquiry has not been responded to. Feels like they rip people off. I paid the full price so I deserve proper service. Now my tv sits in the floor while I still have their cardboard packaging in the house. Very dissatisfied. I paid the full cost and all I have now is trash in my living room. Would not recommend at all.

Kogan stole money 3 times from my account without my authorisation. Be aware and check your account after you shop with Konan. Especially check the Kogan first membership. They automatically subscribe you for the membership so they can take your money for years without you knowing about it. I would give them 0 stars if I can. So stressful to deal with them to get your money back.
KOGAN DOES NOT HAVE A CUSTOMER SERVICE PHONE NUMBER AT ALL!!! If you have a problem with any of the items that you order be ready for a long, frustrating, automated email exchange. Kogan cancelled my $500+ order with no reason given, failed to refund my first payment and continued to take subsequent payments until I lodged a dispute with Afterpay and YOU CAN’T CALL THEM! Very frustrating to say the least! Beware!
Zero ways to get hold of a real human, i have registered 3 times for help with an item that still hasn't been sent and the case keeps getting closed without actually being investigated! HeyBattery are the Marketplace seller and the two items I ordered from them have not been sent! I will be taking this further. I have evidence of the lack of communication and they have not sent within their terms so this will be going to ACCC.
Ordered a 50 inch TV which stated on the Kogan website it will be dispatched next day. Two weeks down the track it has still not arrived. I have raised several queries with their hopeless customer server and AI bots. They reply saying they will investigate and then no follow up. Chatted with the delivery division who cannot tell me where it is or when it will be delivered. Again they state the will open an investigation but I end up hearing nothing. Worse experience I've had. Do not buy from Kogan as there is no one to talk to and no care once they've got your money.
I bought some mobile data and have since been receiving unsolicited advertisements directly from Kogan, sent both to my email and phone.
They don't allow you to unsubscribe (I never subscribed to begin with) via text. At the bottom it just says 'Unsub' with a link to their site's home page.
So, I called support. I told them I wanted them to stop sending me advertisements to my phone, that I wanted to unsubscribe from their offers - I had to keep rephrasing it because they kept saying "I don't understand", and they never did.
Constant updates and communications from Kogan as to where the items were and constant tracking with tolls who delivered the item and I knew when to expect item and arrived in good time please with purchase
I was charged $129 for a yearly Kogan membership after a one-time purchase, without my clear consent. After requesting a refund, the charge was processed again immediately. It’s now been over 7 business days and I still haven’t received my money, despite daily follow-ups. Very misleading and unacceptable experience. I won’t be shopping with Kogan again and would advise others to be cautious.
Purchased an Kogan aircon split system which was clearly shipped in two consignments.
Only one box has arrived, and we are still waiting on the second, with no clear ETA.
Customer service has been extremely disappointing — just generic copy-paste responses about delivery timeframes, no actual answers on where the missing item is, whether it’s even in Australia, or when it will arrive.
The system is unusable without the second consignment, so it’s now just sitting there taking up space. No proactive updates, no ownership of the issue, and no urgency whatsoever.
For a large retailer, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Kogan based on this experience alone.
