Avoid Kogan at all costs. I paid $1500 for a phone via their third-party seller, BT Eclipse, only to be told it was out of stock. They offered a worse model, which I declined, and now I’ve been left with neither the phone nor a refund. Kogan’s support is unresponsive—they just claim they’re "looking into it." No call line to actually reach someone, and after repeated email attempts, I’m still empty-handed. I’ve escalated to the ACCC and Fair Trading. Their promises of warranty or refunds? Not true, in my experience. I wouldn’t recommend them at all.
Try looking for a customer support number on thier website prior to making your purchase, you won't find one. So be careful. If your order goes wrong, don't expect help.
Also BT Eclipse are still advertising the exact model that is out of stock on Kogans website.
