Lucky to get one star , I bought an e sim on the Kogan Website, not Kogan Mobile, for $149 , got the email to activate, it wouldn't work , called the barely English speaking call centre, and they told me that my Galaxy 50 Mobile wasn't compatible, so I've sent endless emails to Kogan to ask for a refund of the $149 back , for a sim I can't use , they have just handballed to Kogan Mobile again , really for $149 , their just taking the piss , I've bought alot of things with Kogan , with no problems, I'm never ever going to use them again , I'm closing my account, and reporting them to ACCC and Telecommunications Ombudsman, as this is wrong .
