To the people at kogan mobile new Zealand. Youre service has been well below satisfactory.I would not recommend joining this network provider despite their low cost and fees. The hassle and lack of helpful customer service is not worth it.I am only able to contact customer service via email as the live chat feature they offer has never worked even after I bring it to the attention of the customer service staff.From the moment I joined you're network I have only had issues , I was unable to transfer my existing number for days , and had to have countless emails with the support staff which offered the bare minimum in support although it was regular.It's been 4 weeks now and still I am unable to send multi media messages. I've tried myself to resolve the issue with information provided on their website, I've given them feed back on the issue and that it hasn't been resolved and feel like I've been given no solution or real answer.I'm prompted that I'm currently unable to send my messages. It will be sent when the service becomes available. The issues I have been experiencing I bring to the support staff and never get any helpful feed back , they suggest to try what I've already tried , what I've already read from their website and suggest nothing useful I feel.My sim card stopped working and instead of re issuing one right away I was told that my issue would be discussed and I'd get an answer by the end of the day as to what the kogan team would do about it.I feel at times they hand ball the issue and suggest the issues aren't with their network but with the hand set.I had zero issues with my hand set when i was connected to my last provider.I had so much hope when joining kogan and have been left with disappointment and regret.i will not be renewing my contract with them when it expires. I have so much frustration with this its difficult to write it all down .
