I had an issue where my plan auto‑renewed overnight, even though I had already planned to renew with a 12‑month pack. I contacted Kogan Mobile support to explain the situation, and they reviewed it promptly and agreed to refund the charge.
The process was handled professionally, and the team was reasonable once the context was explained. I appreciate the goodwill shown and the clear communication throughout.
Overall, a good customer service experience and I’m happy with how it was resolved.

The customer service is quite good. However, I believe the details of the system could be improved. I purchased a 384G plan for $490 a year and received two voucher codes, but they were only usable on the same number. This appears to be a flaw in the system.

Encountered difficulties with installing an esim on their mobile plan, leading to a refund request. It took four weeks to receive a full refund due to the difficulty in contacting them, as they lack a phone number, forcing reliance on chatbots or emails. I would not suggest this service to friends or family.

Great value and service overall

The Black Friday 2-for-1 365-day large pre-pay deal offers excellent value compared to other options. I have been with them for years. However, prices and data offerings should ideally increase to align with market trends. The network performance is solid, and I appreciate the 365-day pre-pay plan that avoids unexpected bills. Excellent support from the representative as well. It would be nice to see esim support and one-number services in the future.
