Refund is offered to me

I didn’t notice the auto renewal of my plan is on. I didn’t order the renewal and I don’t want to pay for it. I canceled the renewal and stopped the payment in the app and the payment still go through. I use their live chat and solve the problem. I was told it will be refunded to me. Thanks very much for helping.
