I ordered two pairs of christmas pj's for my kids. When I went to pick up at my local Kohls, only one pj set was there. Apparently I ordered the other set to West Allis, WI's Kohls (almost two hours away from me.) My bad! But I must of hit picked up when looking for my item at the other Kohls because customer service won't refund me money since the pj's "were picked up." Way to rob your customers for a product they never received, and having a system that is bogusly set up for people who have never used it before. What's worse is you could have just sent the product to my store since it's already paid for, but you're literally gonna keep my money and say "don't do it again; watch what you're clicking." If they were a small business, they'd be done for doing that to customers.
