I purchased numerous items during the holiday season and had to return several of them. Each time I returned an item, I received less money than what I originally paid, and instead of a cash refund, I was given store credit. I’m certain I didn’t use any store credit for those purchases. The support team seemed indifferent and unhelpful. It feels like a systematic issue where customers are being shortchanged on returns, with an emphasis on pushing store credit instead of fair refunds, leading to a cycle of dissatisfaction.
