1. I have been negotiating with KOHO for over 2 months, with more than 100 back-and-forth emails. During this time, my case was handled by more than 8 different representatives, submitting the same information multiple times. In the end, all the representatives final responses were:
“Please bear with me while I transfer your case to the higher team in charge so that they can look into it. I will let you know once there is an update.” After that, there was complete silence.

Then all the money in my account was GONE! The most ridiculous part is that KOHO claims they cannot find my email records. My email and phone number were changed by the hacker — Can KOHO’s system really not detect this?
3. Therefore, KOHO’s claims of “ One place for your money and life” and “Zero Liability Policy” appear to be nothing more than slogans. The gap between KOHO and traditional banks is enormous!
