This Bank is terrible i've been with them for 3 years never had a problem or an issue one morning I woke up and my account was locked can't use the card you can't sign in for a week now without any warning try to reach out to customer service got nothing but the runaround spoke with five different customer service agents even though I pay hundreds of dollars for a yearly subscription and I still can't find out why was my account signed out why was I subjected to verify my account to get when I never had to do this it's unfortunate for me because I lost my ID they refused to give any alternatives where I can verify myself so I have access to my account I encourage people to change Banks they have not been helpful even though I pay for VIP I have not been able to get in contact with anybody on the phone or have I gotten a Justified reason why this is happening don't let this happen to you change Banks put your money elsewhere
