Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. First of all, I received someone else's order which ruined my plans as I then had no outfit to wear and had to go shopping last minute. Then, I tried to reach out to KOKO Bay 3 times over 2 weeks and was completely ignored. I finally got a response after this and was told that somehow all 3 emails I had sent had been lost by accident in their inbox. Instead of refunding me immediately for their mistake or re sending my order they told me i had to return their item first or i could not get a refund. So i returned this item and sent them proof of postage straight away, I have now sent 3 emails AGAIN over the past 8 days and being ignored again.
