DO NOT USE - MASSIVE SCAM. I wish I read the reviews on the internet before using this company. If you return your products you will not get a refund. I sent my return by royal mail tracked delivery and have sent proof of delivery several times. Because it is a business bulk delivery royal mail confirmed they do not do individual signatures or photos and koko bay know this but will not refund you without them and deny receiving the parcel even with the evidence. They say take it up with royal mail - but royal mail have proof of delivery so I cant!

Customer Service? More Like Customer Ignore!

Terrible customer experience. Their return policy reads more like a warning than guidance, no confirmation when returns arrive and don’t dare email them during processing or it will just put you back at the end of the queue!!! My item reached them Friday 27th Feb, and I’ve heard nothing. Long processing times, dismissive tone in returns policy, and a total lack of care for customers who may want to check why its taking a week to get acknowledgment email. Definitely not the kind of brand I’ll buy from again which is a shame as the item itself is good quality, but unfortunately didn’t fit. Order number for verification, #53712. I guess now I'm even further in the queue lol.

Never ordering from here again!

Worst customer service I have ever encountered in my life. First of all, I received someone else's order which ruined my plans as I then had no outfit to wear and had to go shopping last minute. Then, I tried to reach out to KOKO Bay 3 times over 2 weeks and was completely ignored. I finally got a response after this and was told that somehow all 3 emails I had sent had been lost by accident in their inbox. Instead of refunding me immediately for their mistake or re sending my order they told me i had to return their item first or i could not get a refund. So i returned this item and sent them proof of postage straight away, I have now sent 3 emails AGAIN over the past 8 days and being ignored again.

Just an awful place to buy from

When you try to do a return they don’t tell you their returns policy. When you try contact them, you wait weeks. Awful awful “business” if you even want to call it that. They completely ignore you. The only way to get your money back is if you do a charge dispute with the bank which I’ll be doing.

Really good quality clothing which always fits me great. The bikinis and other outfits last way longer than items I buy from other places and I always get lots of compliments! I am now on my 3rd bikini and wouldn’t buy from anywhere else. Fast deliver for items

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. NOW BEING IGNORED.

I placed an order for the first time in November and really liked the items, however they did not suit me. Due to illness, I sent these back just outside of the returns period. Kokobay emailed to say they could not accept the return. I explained the circumstances and that within the 14 day period, I was unwell. They said they must treat all customers fairly, however if they really cared about their customers then you would expect an exception could be made under special circumstances. They refused. I therefore expected them to send the items back to me. 3 WEEKS LATER, I have no items or no refund. I emailed them about this and the advisor reiterated that the refund was not an option. I have sent a further two emails to advise to either send the items back or process the refund and I am now being ignored. AVOID.
