Lack of order & communication

Placed an order totalling almost £200. Was sent the completely wrong order. Emailed asking for a returns label to send this back and for my order to be sent or refunded almost 3 weeks ago. I’ve received a refund label for the wrong clothing they’ve sent but no correspondence regarding my order or my refund. I now no longer want the order due to the event I was going to already passing. I’ve sent several emails chasing with no responce.
