I placed an order for the first time in November and really liked the items, however they did not suit me. Due to illness, I sent these back just outside of the returns period. Kokobay emailed to say they could not accept the return. I explained the circumstances and that within the 14 day period, I was unwell. They said they must treat all customers fairly, however if they really cared about their customers then you would expect an exception could be made under special circumstances. They refused. I therefore expected them to send the items back to me. 3 WEEKS LATER, I have no items or no refund. I emailed them about this and the advisor reiterated that the refund was not an option. I have sent a further two emails to advise to either send the items back or process the refund and I am now being ignored. AVOID.
