Do not trust this company!!! Their service is appalling!I ordered a bikini for a holiday and was sent the wrong bottoms. The whole reason I ordered online was because I don’t have time to go shopping – I’ve been working 14-hour shifts.Instead of simply sending the correct item (which was their mistake), I was told I had to print a return label, find a printer, go to the post office, get a receipt, send photos, and then wait for the replacement to be dispatched. I don’t even own a printer, and this was completely unrealistic given the time pressure.By the time this process was explained, it was too late for the correct bottoms to arrive before my trip. I now have half a bikini for my holiday, which is incredibly frustrating and upsetting.This was their error, yet all the inconvenience was put on me. I found the customer service rigid, unhelpful, and unreliable. I won’t be ordering again.
