I usually never write bad reviews, especially to small businesses however...I've ordered twice from this business. Both times my order was incorrect and all I get as a customer is 'Oh apologies, here's a free return label' expecting a customer to walk round in the cold trying to find a Yodel returns store that's open after work. The first time I ordered, they sent the wrong item out and only were willing to send the correct item out after I returned. I did that, fine. Human errors happen, as inconvenient as it was for me. Fast forward a month, I order a second time and they mess my order up again. This time, I ordered a size 4 top and they sent out a size 14 (due to improper labelling internally...). They just expected me to return the item first in order to get the correct item I originally ordered, when it is their mistake (a second time to the same customer!!) . After going back and forth with the business (the only help I got from them was being sent a screenshot of the closest InPost locker to me, which ended up being wrong because they sent a Yodel return label!) I eventually just said I will keep the item as I don't have the time or energy to be going back and forth via email and walking around trying to find an open Yodel store to return an item which they messed up. After this, they just ignored my email. They didn't offer a 10% discount on a future order or anything similar to show they cared, just nothing at all. They do not care about their customers. Avoid at all costs, not worth the energy. Absolute shame because their clothes are very nice, but this is not how to treat customers. Out of principle, I will not be ordering from here again.
