Extremely disappointed with this website. I made a purchase on the 5th of September for a holiday. I expected it to arrive within a week as most other UK online fashion retailers deliver within this time. However, I only received an email on the 11th of September to say that it had been shipped. I had meanwhile tried contacting customer services about the delivery time (through email and social media platforms) who did not respond. As I was getting no response, I ended up purchasing from another UK online fashion retailer who delivered to me in a few days. My Kokobay delivery finally arrived on the 23rd of September (day before I flew home) and also charged customs, (something that other sites cover for their customers).As one of the items does not suit, I have tried returning, only to see online that they only issue credit notes and not refunds. Again, other online fashion retailers would provide a better service.To sum up, a really disappointing experience and I will be avoiding this brand in future.
