NEVER USE THIS AWFUL COMPANY!!!I returned an item and never heard anything back from them, emailed them and customer service took ages to reply. Finally got a response back saying they won’t be refunding me as the item was ‘wet and stained’ when the item was returned in perfect condition. Feels like it was an excuse to not give me a refund. I’ve lost the money for the item I returned and have also lost money for the postage I paid for it to be returned. Will never use this company again. AVOID!!!!
