I touched base with them a couple of times and they were always quick, clear, and informative.I hadn’t realised our dog’s swab was being sent to Europe (I’d assumed it stayed in Australia), but they explained everything really well and kept us updated. We got our results back and were absolutely blown away – never in a million years did we expect our dog to be part bulldog!The report was very detailed, super informative, and honestly a lot of fun to go through.
