Booked and paid for a skip hire, received a payment receipt, on the day it was supposed to be dropped off no sign of it. After contacting them the agents told me there was no record of the job. I then received a call from an agent who stated they were “proactively” reaching out to arrange the hire as they realised a job hadn’t been created after the payment was made. They advised it wouldn’t be until Monday, although at the time on the website they were advertising I could book a delivery for Saturday, so either the agent lied or the company is falsely advertising services available. I asked for an estimated time on Monday as a job was starting and I needed it first thing or I’d be paying for the contractors to do nothing until the skip arrived..was told “can’t give you a time as you never know what way the roads will be”. They then said they’d see what they could do and call me back… no such call back made and still no confirmation of the job being booked in. Not one apology made for their error. Disgraceful customer service.
